Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback processes.
- Support employee development through training programs and career growth initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations issues.
- Maintain HR records and leverage HRIS systems for workforce analytics.
- Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
