Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback processes.
  • Support employee development through training programs and career growth initiatives.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations issues.
  • Maintain HR records and leverage HRIS systems for workforce analytics.
  • Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
