In-House HR & Administration Manager

Core Objective:
To establish strong internal HR control, ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, maintain structured documentation, and manage day-to-day employee relations across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all employment contracts (Arabic bilingual format, compliant with Labour Law)
  • Manage LMRA, SIO, MOL, and government portals
  • Ensure full compliance with Wage Protection System (WPS)
  • Maintain structured employee files (physical + Box system)
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, warnings, and terminations
  • Monitor leave tracking, indemnity calculations, and payroll coordination with Accounts
  • Ensure Bahrainisation compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Maintain proper documentation for inspections (MOH, Civil Defence, Labour)
  • Coordinate with Operations, BOH, FOH, and Accounts for HR-related matters
  • Strengthen internal HR policies and SOP implementation

Required Profile:

  • Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in Bahrain (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and regulatory processes
  • Experience handling government systems (LMRA, SIO, MOL, WPS)
  • Highly organized, documentation-focused, and compliance-driven
  • Strong communication and staff management skills
  • High integrity and strict confidentiality standards
