HR AND PAYROLL OFFICER

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR & Payroll Officer who can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR administration, payroll processing, and Bahrain Labor Law compliance. This role will be responsible for managing employee records, payroll preparation, and ensuring HR processes comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare leave records, overtime calculations, and final settlements.
  • Manage GOSI registration and updates.
  • Assist with visa processes, LMRA requirements, and employee documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in HR and payroll in Bahrain.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, GOSI, and LMRA processes.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HR software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling leave management, EOS calculations, and employee benefits.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
