Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, recruitment experience across multiple roles, and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Create and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer management and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
