RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment or HR coordination experience, strong communication skills, and must be currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Post job advertisements on job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred.
  • Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or recruitment systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be locally available in Bahrain.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
