JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive who can join immediately to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Bahrain Labor Law, HR administration, and employee documentation. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career while assisting in recruitment, employee records, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee-related documentation.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
  • Ensure HR procedures comply with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in Bahrain preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LMRA processes and employee documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
