SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on HR operational experience and in-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, ensuring full compliance while supporting overall business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and manage LMRA processes (visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations)
  • Handle GOSI registration, updates, and compliance matters
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with local regulations

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Develop manpower planning strategies
  • Manage onboarding and probation evaluations

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Provide guidance to management on HR policies and labor law matters
  • Lead performance appraisal processes
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Payroll & Compensation Oversight

  • Oversee payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements
  • Ensure WPS compliance
  • Review indemnity calculations and end-of-service benefits

HR Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
  • Support audits and inspections
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in Bahrain
  • Strong and updated knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, GOSI, and WPS
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance matters
  • Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Must be able to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Experience in managing HR for multi-site operations
