Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have basic HR experience and working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding coordination)
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
- Assist with LMRA processes (visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations)
- Support GOSI registration and updates
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data
- Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and HR correspondence
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience in Bahrain (Freshers with strong internship experience may apply)
- Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
- Familiarity with LMRA and GOSI procedures is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Locally available in Bahrain
- Must be able to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HRMS systems
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
