 Our contracting company is seeking a highly skilled
 
 Workshop Manager
 
 to oversee and lead our wood, aluminum, and steel fabrication workshop. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise and solid experience in managing multi-discipline fabrication operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day operations for wood, aluminum, and steel fabrication activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise workshop teams to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all fabrication work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and ensure compliance with technical specifications and approved drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for workshop machines and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate material requirements, inventory levels, and align with the Procurement Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and address any operational risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve workflow processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Project, Engineering, and Finance departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports on production status, manpower, equipment performance, and quality.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years&rsquo; experience
 
 managing wood, aluminum, or steel fabrication workshops (experience in all three is an advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within a workshop environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of safety standards in industrial workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in computer applications; experience with workshop/ERP systems is a plus.
 </li>
