Civil Supervisor (Freelancer)

Key Responsibilities:1. System Management<ul><li>Operate and maintain the CAFM system to ensure data accuracy and functionality.</li><li>Input, update, and manage data related to assets, spaces, maintenance schedules, and work orders.</li><li>Support system configuration, user access control, and permissions management.</li><li>Coordinate with IT or software vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and upgrades.</li></ul>2. Work Order &amp; Maintenance Management<ul><li>Create, assign, and track work orders for planned and reactive maintenance tasks.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance requests are logged and closed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and generate reports on task completion.</li><li>Liaise with engineers, contractors, and supervisors to ensure timely execution of work.</li></ul>3. Reporting &amp; Data Analysis<ul><li>Generate and distribute regular reports on asset performance, maintenance trends, and resource utilization.</li><li>Analyze CAFM data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.</li><li>Maintain and archive documentation, drawings, and equipment records within the system.</li></ul>4. Space &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Update and maintain accurate floor plans, asset registers, and space utilization data.</li><li>Support facility audits and verification of asset and equipment inventory.</li><li>Assist in tracking energy consumption, compliance, and safety inspections.</li></ul>5. User Support &amp; Training<ul><li>Provide CAFM system training and support to internal teams and contractors.</li><li>Respond to user queries and provide technical support related to the system.</li><li>Help develop user guides and process documentation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:Essential:<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in using CAFM systems (e.g., Planon, Archibus, Concept Evolution, Maximo, etc.).</li><li>Strong computer literacy (Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD familiarity preferred).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Knowledge of facilities management processes, maintenance scheduling, and asset management.</li><li>Experience with reporting tools or database management.</li><li>Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and IoT integration.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
