MEP TECHNICIAN

Position: Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operation Coordinator with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee maintenance operations, support technical recruitment activities, and ensure quality service delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise MEP maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing issues.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations as required.
• Support recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site technicians and supervisors.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with clients when required.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to conduct technical assessments and interviews.
• Flexible to work across different project sites.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary: QAR 2,700 per month

Food: To be arranged by the candidate
Duty Hours: 10 Hours per Day
Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
