Job Title: Document Controller Industry: [Construction / Engineering] Employment Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Description:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management within large-scale projects. The candidate must ensure accurate control, distribution, and filing of project documents in accordance with ISO standards and internal procedures.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Type and format letters, memos, and other documents as assigned by the Assistant Construction Manager (ACM) or Department Heads.</li><li>Manage and control all project drawings according to the Drawing Control Process Map (PM-06).</li><li>Copy, stamp, and distribute drawings in line with the ISO system and coordinate with the Management Representative (MR).</li><li>Maintain an organized filing system in compliance with the company&rsquo;s document control procedure (WP-27-02).</li><li>Ensure all letters and correspondences are properly coded as per ISO 9001 standards and archived in the document control software.</li><li>Support project teams by ensuring up-to-date documentation and ease of access.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction projects.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation standards and procedures.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and document control systems/software.</li><li>Valid QID and transferable sponsorship.</li><li>Able to join immediately.</li></ul>If you meet the above criteria and are ready to be part of a dynamic team, please send your updated CVJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Document Controller: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Qatar ID (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
