WE ARE HIRING: MEP Coordinator Location: Doha, Qatar Start Date: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee maintenance of MEP, LV, MV, and ELV systems.</li><li>Conduct audits for Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance (PM &amp; CM) of electrical systems.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure closure of snags during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).</li><li>Review and manage O&amp;M manuals, drawings, testing reports, and warranty documentation.</li><li>Lead proactive maintenance planning and execution with internal teams and subcontractors.</li><li>Supervise specialized systems: access control, CCTV, elevators, fire alarms, and more.</li><li>Manage a broad scope of services including elevators, escalators, gates, housekeeping, pest control, and civil maintenance.</li><li>Execute renovations, refurbishments, and other additional works.</li><li>Use CAFM systems and Help Desk platforms to assign and monitor tasks.</li><li>Organize and lead handover processes with detailed snagging and readiness checks.</li><li>Monitor subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance and performance.</li><li>Ensure regulatory approvals and HSE compliance, including training and emergency planning.</li><li>Prepare and analyze daily reports, failure logs, technical assessments, RFQs, and LPOs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience in MEP systems maintenance and operations across residential/commercial buildings.</li><li>Required Kharamaa License.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards.</li><li>Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.</li><li>Ability to manage technical documentation, vendor coordination, and ensure quality standards.</li><li>Experience with compliance, safety, and multidisciplinary engineering support.</li><li>With Valid Qatar ID &amp; transferable</li><li>Available to join immediately</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>MEP Coordinator: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Kahramaa License (Preferred)</li><li>Qatar ID (Required)</li><li>Kharamaa License (Preferred)</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management within large-scale projects.
