We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive for our Al Mahmood Pearls boutique at Harvey Nichols, Doha Festival City. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for:<ul><li>Managing and upselling to new and existing clients</li><li>Developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets</li><li>Collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales strategies</li><li>Providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with company guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous fine jewellery sales experience in luxury retail (mandatory)</li><li>Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Management, and Business Development</li><li>Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets</li><li>Arabic and English speaking</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Knowledge of the pearl industry or luxury goods market is a plus</li></ul>Why join us?Be part of a brand with a rich heritage, working in a dynamic luxury retail environment where your expertise is valued and rewarded.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
