Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)</li><li>Plan, film, and edit engaging video content and reels</li><li>Design promotional posts, stories, and marketing materials</li><li>Assist in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) advertising campaigns</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports</li><li>Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities</li><li>Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence</li><li>Support marketing initiatives for salon promotions, events, and new launches</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in digital marketing and social media management</li><li>Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and online advertising</li><li>Strong content creation and videography skills</li><li>Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)</li><li>Ability to shoot high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone and/or camera</li><li>Strong English communication skills</li><li>Creative, organized, and able to work independently</li><li>Previous experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality marketing is preferred</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
