Marketing Assistant - Beauty Salon

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Plan, film, and edit engaging video content and reels
• Design promotional posts, stories, and marketing materials
• Assist in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence
• Support marketing initiatives for salon promotions, events, and new launches

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and online advertising
• Strong content creation and videography skills
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Ability to shoot high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone and/or camera
• Strong English communication skills
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality marketing is preferred

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
