COST CONTROLLERAl Mashata Beauty Center and SpaPosition Details<ul><li>Position: Cost Controller</li><li>Gender: Female</li><li>Location: Doha, Qatar</li><li>Employment Type: Full Time</li><li>Joining: Immediate Joining Preferred</li><li>Residency: Transferable Residency with Valid NOC Required</li><li>Accommodation: Candidate must currently have accommodation/house in Doha</li><li>Marital Status: Single Preferred</li><li>Salary: To be discussed upon interview</li></ul>Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesCost Control &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor and control all operational costs within the salon, spa, gym, and pool departments.</li><li>Review daily sales, expenses, petty cash, supplier invoices, and purchase requests.</li><li>Ensure all expenses are properly approved and recorded in the system.</li><li>Analyze cost variances and report unusual or excessive spending to management.</li><li>Monitor product consumption and service usage to avoid wastage and misuse.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Conduct regular inventory checks for retail products, professional products, linens, refreshments, and operational supplies.</li><li>Coordinate with departments regarding stock movement, shortages, and overconsumption.</li><li>Ensure proper receiving procedures for delivered items and compare with purchase orders and invoices.</li><li>Monitor expiry dates and stock rotation.</li><li>Prepare inventory reports and stock adjustment reports.</li></ul>Purchasing &amp; Supplier Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and invoices.</li><li>Compare supplier prices and recommend cost-saving solutions.</li><li>Ensure all purchase requests are complete and approved before processing.</li><li>Follow up pending orders and delivery schedules.</li></ul>Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.</li><li>Assist management in budget monitoring and operational cost analysis.</li><li>Support accounting and audit requirements when needed.</li></ul>Operations Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with reception, accounting, HR, operations, and department supervisors.</li><li>Monitor service charges, discounts, complimentary services, and promotions to ensure proper approval and recording.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation for all operational transactions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4 years experience as Cost Controller or similar position.</li><li>Experience in salon, spa, hospitality, retail, or wellness industry is an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge in inventory, purchasing, and cost monitoring.</li><li>Good skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.</li><li>Knowledge in POS and inventory systems is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and communication skills.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and multitask.</li></ul>Required Documents<ul><li>Updated CV with recent photo</li><li>Valid QID Copy</li><li>NOC Copy</li><li>Passport Copy</li><li>Certificates (if available)</li></ul>Important Information to Indicate Upon Application<ul><li>Current Location in Doha</li><li>Age</li><li>Salary Expectation</li><li>Availability to Join</li><li>Reason for Leaving Current Job</li><li>QID Expiry Date</li><li>NOC Availability Status</li></ul>Send your CV to:admin@almashataspa.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
