We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, and system-based warehouse management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using SAP and other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and be capable of leading annual inventory processes, managing inbound/outbound logistics, and ensuring efficient movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.</li><li>Ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.</li><li>Utilize SAP and other WMS platforms to track inventory, shipments, and stock levels.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks, including leading year-end inventory processes.</li><li>Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.</li><li>Supervise warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business needs.</li><li>Optimize warehouse layout and storage for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency.</li><li>Generate regular inventory and stock movement reports for management review.</li><li>Identify process improvements and implement best practices in warehouse management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and other Warehouse Management Systems.</li><li>Proven experience in annual inventory planning, execution, and reconciliation.</li><li>Solid understanding of material movement, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.</li><li>Familiar with health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.</li><li>Knowledge in using these programs: SAP, WMS software, Microsoft Excel, barcode scanners, inventory tracking tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Warehouse Management: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>

Warehouse Manager

Arabic and English are a MUST. Kitchen and Wardrobe design experience is a BONUS. Bachelor's degree in architecture/ interior design or related field. Portfolio of design work. Project management experience. Experience with computational design. Highly creative, imaginative and artistic. Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating technical details. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design softwareResponsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed kitchen drawings: layout plans, cabinetry details, elevations, sections, and hardware specifications</li><li>Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budgets</li><li>Select materials, finishes, appliances, fittings, and lighting for kitchens and interiors</li><li>Conceptualize and sketch design plans.</li><li>Coordinate with carpenters, cabinet manufacturers, appliance vendors, and contractors</li><li>Conduct site visits to oversee installations and resolve design-related issues</li><li>Review shop drawings and ensure accurate execution of kitchen and interior designs</li><li>Determine cost of completion and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare technical drawings and plans.</li><li>Set a timeline for the completion of project.</li><li>Source materials and products included in plans.</li><li>Utilize computer applications in the design process.</li><li>Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field</li><li>Experience in kitchen and interior design projects</li><li>Strong expertise in kitchen planning, cabinetry systems, appliances, and hardware</li><li>Proficiency in Kitchen &amp; Bath Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.</li><li>Working knowledge of materials such as laminates, veneers, solid surfaces, quartz, granite, and hardware fittings</li><li>Excellent communication and client presentation skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Architecture: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic and English (Required)</li></ul>
