Architect / Interior Designer

Arabic and English are a MUST.
Kitchen and Wardrobe design experience is a BONUS.
Bachelor's degree in architecture/ interior design or related field.
Portfolio of design work.
Project management experience.
Experience with computational design.
Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating technical details.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed kitchen drawings: layout plans, cabinetry details, elevations, sections, and hardware specifications
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budgets
• Select materials, finishes, appliances, fittings, and lighting for kitchens and interiors
• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
• Coordinate with carpenters, cabinet manufacturers, appliance vendors, and contractors
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations and resolve design-related issues
• Review shop drawings and ensure accurate execution of kitchen and interior designs
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings and plans.
• Set a timeline for the completion of project.
• Source materials and products included in plans.
• Utilize computer applications in the design process.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in kitchen and interior design projects
• Strong expertise in kitchen planning, cabinetry systems, appliances, and hardware
• Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Working knowledge of materials such as laminates, veneers, solid surfaces, quartz, granite, and hardware fittings
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
