Job SummaryCreating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms, including monitoring trends and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our digital presence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms to ensure active and vibrant community interaction and brand presence.</li><li>Monitor current trends in social media to stay ahead of the curve and effectively leverage emerging platforms and tools.</li><li>Monitor digital and social trends, proactively proposing creative ideas to keep the brand relevant and competitive.</li><li>Analyze social media performance metrics to gauge the success of content strategies and adjust plans accordingly for optimal results.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and high-quality content strategy across all platforms.</li><li>Contribute to content planning calendars in alignment with seasonal themes, campaigns, and organizational priorities.</li><li>Community Management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and active audience relationship.</li><li>Reports on marketing analysis to review content impact</li><li>Make Plans for paid ads and media.</li><li>Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and platform updates to enhance brand presence.</li><li>Assist in video production, editing, and photography for marketing and corporate events.</li><li>Prepare reports and insights on content performance for review by the Marketing Manager.</li><li>Attend Trainings and Seminars to upgrade the knowledge.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: A degree in Media and Marketing related.</li><li>Professional Experiences:</li><li>Excels in video editing for 5 years</li><li>Professional in Photography / Videography</li><li>In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices</li><li>Understanding visual principles to create aesthetically pleasing content.</li><li>Proficient research skills to keep content accurate and relevant</li><li>Competencies:</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and content editing apps.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).</li><li>Software Proficiency on Adobe Creative Cloud Software&rsquo;s (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap cut etc.)</li><li>Microsoft with technical skills of creative conceptualization, brand identity &amp; digital photography.</li><li>Demonstrated success in growing and engaging digital audiences.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.</li><li>Basic graphic design skills to support campaign needs.</li><li>Understanding about Community management software: Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc.</li><li>Adaptability and quick response to trends.</li><li>Mid-level graphic designing</li><li>Language &ndash; English /Arabic</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
