Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms to ensure active and vibrant community interaction and brand presence.
- Monitor current trends in social media to stay ahead of the curve and effectively leverage emerging platforms and tools.
- Monitor digital and social trends, proactively proposing creative ideas to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to gauge the success of content strategies and adjust plans accordingly for optimal results.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and high-quality content strategy across all platforms.
- Contribute to content planning calendars in alignment with seasonal themes, campaigns, and organizational priorities.
- Community Management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and active audience relationship.
- Reports on marketing analysis to review content impact
- Make Plans for paid ads and media.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and platform updates to enhance brand presence.
- Assist in video production, editing, and photography for marketing and corporate events.
- Prepare reports and insights on content performance for review by the Marketing Manager.
- Attend Trainings and Seminars to upgrade the knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A degree in Media and Marketing related.
- Professional Experiences:
- Excels in video editing for 5 years
- Professional in Photography / Videography
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Understanding visual principles to create aesthetically pleasing content.
- Proficient research skills to keep content accurate and relevant
- Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and content editing apps.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Software Proficiency on Adobe Creative Cloud Software’s (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap cut etc.)
- Microsoft with technical skills of creative conceptualization, brand identity & digital photography.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging digital audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.
- Basic graphic design skills to support campaign needs.
- Understanding about Community management software: Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc.
- Adaptability and quick response to trends.
