Role Purpose

The Content & Communication Manager owns all brand, marketing, and product communication across Dieture. This role leads content creation for web, social media, product, PR, health education, video, and offline media—while ensuring strategic storytelling and brand consistency.

The manager oversees broad communication initiatives, including brand content development, product storytelling, health content, video scripting, decks and pitches, product launch communication, and press outreach.

This role is accountable for timely delivery, high-quality execution, and unified messaging across all internal and external channels.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Daily Communication

  • Develop high-quality daily content including captions, stories, interactive formats, engagement posts, and web/social content.
  • Produce brand content for web, socials, apps, and brandbook updates (chef/caregiver guidance, tone frameworks, etc.).
  • Create campaign messaging for ads, video scripts, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, and push notifications.
  • Write product storytelling content, health content, and scripts for product videos or explainer content.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with Dieture’s brand voice, guidelines, and strategic tone.

Weekly Content Management

  • Prepare the full weekly content calendar, including scripts, captions, outlines, and content briefs.
  • Deliver one SEO-aligned long-form blog each week.
  • Create storytelling-driven content including video presentations, press articles, and product narratives.
  • Develop scripts for documentary-style content when required.
  • Conduct podcast research, prepare guest questions, and support real-time podcast communication needs.
  • Manage and deliver video teleprompter scripts for the CEO, chefs, caregivers, ambassadors, and product explainers.
  • Write micro-series scripts for social or educational formats.
  • Collaborate with teams for narrative development in weekly campaigns.

Monthly Content Ownership

  • Translate and refine monthly menu descriptions, product details, and promotional text.
  • Prepare copy for the upcoming month’s campaigns, promotions, launches, and planned story sequences.
  • Support content required for monthly brand, growth, and product initiatives.

Product, Brand & Growth Communication

  • Write content for product launch announcements, user education, feature explainers, and in-app communication.
  • Create structured decks and pitch writeups for internal and external stakeholders.Support PR initiatives with founder stories, interviews, media notes, and pitch communications.
  • Lead press outreach messaging and ensure narrative consistency across media interactions.
  • Build and refine product storytelling arcs for brand evolution and new product introductions.

As-Needed & Reactive Tasks

  • Provide subtitles for videos within required turnaround times.
  • Support urgent tasks including landing page content, UI/UX microcopy, retention flow communication, and immediate campaign needs.
  • Develop copy for packaging, brochures, standees, billboards, and event materials.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Own the full end-to-end content workflow: planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery across all channels.
  • Maintain brand messaging standards, update brandbook content, and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Coordinate with Growth, Social, Operations, Product, and Martech teams to ensure aligned communication.
  • Identify content gaps, propose improvements, and lead creative/content innovation.
  • Manage communication timelines for product launches, PR cycles, and internal content needs.
  • Provide structured updates and maintain accountability for deadlines, accuracy, and content readiness.

Performance Expectations

By Week 2

  • Independently delivering daily content and managing priorities without reminders.
  • Confident handling of product, PR, and brand storytelling requirements.
  • Structured communication with all stakeholders.

By Month 1

  • Full ownership of Dieture’s content and communication function.
  • Complete alignment with the brand voice across all digital, product, PR, and offline channels.Reliable delivery of all planned and reactive content tasks.

Required Competencies

  • Excellence in storytelling, brand communication, and multi-format content creation (short-form, long-form, video, product).
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media, product communication, PR narratives, and marketing strategy.
  • High speed of execution with strong attention to detail and quality.
