Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM UK time (1:30 PM- 09:30 PM PAK time)Working days: Monday- FridayAbout Us:Bond Consulting is currently looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Identify and target potential B2B clients who require recruitment services.&middot; Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.&middot; Close up to 2 or 3 sales a month.&middot; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Directors).&middot; Understand client hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.&middot; Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.&middot; Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.&middot; Maintain excel sheet records of all client interactions and pipeline updates.Requirements:&middot; Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.&middot; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.&middot; Confident in cold calling and developing relationships from scratch.&middot; Strong understanding of sales techniques and consultative selling.&middot; Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Cold calling: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
