B2B Sales Executive

Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM UK time (1:30 PM- 09:30 PM PAK time)

Working days: Monday- Friday

About Us:

Bond Consulting is currently looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential B2B clients who require recruitment services.

· Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.

· Close up to 2 or 3 sales a month.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Directors).

· Understand client hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.

· Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Maintain excel sheet records of all client interactions and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Confident in cold calling and developing relationships from scratch.

· Strong understanding of sales techniques and consultative selling.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
