Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and introducing potential clients to our range of digital products and services, including:

• Website design & development
• Website optimization & maintenance
• Graphic design & branding
• Social media marketing & management
• Digital marketing campaigns
• SEO & online visibility solutions

The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to effectively pitch services to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects daily in U.S market
• Present and explain digital services to potential clients
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales/technical team
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
• Provide feedback on client responses and market trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in digital services)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to handle rejections professionally and keep a positive approach
• Basic understanding of digital products (websites, SEO, social media, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Experience working with agencies offering website, marketing, or design services
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
