IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!Actively hiring for Hospitality Supervisor cum Storekeeper locally in Doha (Qatar).JOB TITLE: Hospitality Supervisor cum Store keeperJOB TYPE: Full TimeWORKING HOURS: 8 hours/dayLOCATION: (Doha) QatarPAY RANGE: To be discussedLANGUAGE: English (Required)EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent.COMPUTER SKILLS: Good Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience as Hospitality supervisor and StorekeeperNOC Requirements: RequiredAdditional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>Manage daily team operations, provide feedback, and act as a link between employees and senior management.</li><li>Core responsibilities include training, scheduling, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and identifying career advancement opportunities.</li><li>Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.</li><li>Managing and training store staff.</li><li>Assist in daily business functions, including opening and closing procedures for each business day</li><li>Assists in managing the day-to-day work flow of office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures.</li><li>Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory.</li><li>Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.</li><li>Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.</li><li>Assists in planning and execution of office activities.
