Actively hiring for Hospitality Supervisor cum Storekeeper locally in Doha (Qatar).

JOB TITLE: Hospitality Supervisor cum Store keeper

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 8 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Good Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience as Hospitality supervisor and Storekeeper

NOC Requirements: Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage daily team operations, provide feedback, and act as a link between employees and senior management.
• Core responsibilities include training, scheduling, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and identifying career advancement opportunities.
• Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
• Managing and training store staff.
• Assist in daily business functions, including opening and closing procedures for each business day
• Assists in managing the day-to-day work flow of office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures.
• Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory.
• Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.
• Assists in planning and execution of office activities. Monitor and administer time and attendance policy
• Coordinates procedural updates, identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for procedural improvements
• Monitor escalation issues and supervises staff to assure accountability in compliance with departmental goals
• Execute operational projects and coordination of activities.
• Selects, assign, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the function.
• Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines.
