The ideal candidate will oversee the organization&rsquo;s overall technology direction, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems to support business growth and operational excellence in the logistics and supply chain industry.This executive role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in IT management, logistics technology solutions, cloud infrastructure, and digital innovation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s overall technology and digital transformation strategy.</li><li>Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and technology initiatives.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of logistics technologies, ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).</li><li>Drive innovation through cloud computing, automation, AI solutions, and data analytics.</li><li>Ensure cybersecurity protection, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.</li><li>Collaborate with executive management to align technology strategies with business goals and operational efficiency.</li><li>Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and IT resource planning.</li><li>Establish IT governance, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.</li><li>Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve logistics operations and customer experience.</li><li>Lead and mentor high-performing IT and technology teams.</li><li>Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of all company systems and digital platforms.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree or MBA is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership or executive technology roles.</li><li>Proven experience as CTO, IT Director, Head of Technology, or similar leadership position.</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and digital transformation.</li><li>Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehousing industries is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development, systems integration, and technology architecture.</li><li>Experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
