Al-Nawajha Logistics is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology operations, digital transformation initiatives, and innovation strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization’s overall technology direction, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems to support business growth and operational excellence in the logistics and supply chain industry.

This executive role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in IT management, logistics technology solutions, cloud infrastructure, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall technology and digital transformation strategy.
• Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and technology initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of logistics technologies, ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Drive innovation through cloud computing, automation, AI solutions, and data analytics.
• Ensure cybersecurity protection, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with executive management to align technology strategies with business goals and operational efficiency.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and IT resource planning.
• Establish IT governance, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve logistics operations and customer experience.
• Lead and mentor high-performing IT and technology teams.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of all company systems and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership or executive technology roles.
• Proven experience as CTO, IT Director, Head of Technology, or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and digital transformation.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehousing industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of software development, systems integration, and technology architecture.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
