Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present our products and services.</li>
<li>Daily Minimum 30 connected calls Mandatory.</li>
<li>Utilize CRM software to manage and record all customer interactions and sales processes accurately.</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable products or services.</li>
<li>Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.</li>
<li>Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.</li>
<li>Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals while maintaining excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and outcomes.</li>
<li>Report to manager about daily, weekly and monthly activities.</li>
<li>Do Sales through the Campaigns on your WhatsApp number.</li>
<li>After every campaign submit a report to manager.</li>
<li>Update FAQ’s accordingly as you interact with the customer.</li>
<li>Follow up with technicians for post work for the current day.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Proficient in using CRM platforms to manage sales processes and customer interactions.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle rejection and pressure in a high-volume phone sales environment.</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.</li>
<li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.</li>

Tele Sales Executive (Female)

Procurement Manager manages and directs the purchasing of all the goods and services a company needs. They are responsible for identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favourable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.
Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.</li>
<li>Conduct supplier performance reviews and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms. Procurement Process Management:</li>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order and delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure procurement activities are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Develop and manage procurement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Cost Management and Budgeting:</li>
<li>Monitor and manage procurement budgets to achieve cost savings and avoid overspending.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.</li>
<li>Implement cost-saving initiatives and procurement best practices. Contract Management:</li>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Monitor contract performance and compliance, and address any issues that arise.</li>
<li>Ensure timely renewal and management of contracts. Team Leadership and Development:</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.</li>
<li>Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and development opportunities for team members. Reporting and Analysis:</li>
<li>Prepare and present procurement reports and metrics to senior management.</li>
<li>Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting of procurement activities and performance.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is a plus.</li>
<li>years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of successful supplier management and cost savings.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li>
