Job description:Position Summary: We are looking for a driven and personable HORECA Sales Executive to join our fast-growing foodstuff trading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales&mdash;preferably food products&mdash;and an established network in the UAE hospitality industry. Preference will be given to candidates who are native Russian speakers or any nationals, given our key client demographics.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and manage relationships with clients in the HORECA segment&mdash;hotels, restaurants, and catering companies</li><li>Promote and sell a broad range of food products in line with market needs and trends</li><li>Identify and convert new business opportunities in the UAE's vibrant foodservice sector</li><li>Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations to achieve targets</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order delivery</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline activities, sales figures, and client feedback</li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, food expos, and client networking events</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience in FMCG food sales, specifically within the HORECA sector in the UAE</li><li>A valid UAE driving License</li><li>A network of existing clients in the UAE hospitality industry is a strong advantage</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or Hindi is a plus</li><li>Valid UAE driving license required</li><li>Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about food and customer relationships</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary and commission structure</li><li>Career development opportunities within a respected and growing company</li><li>Exposure to premium food brands and high-end clients across the UAE</li><li>A supportive work environment with a high-performance sales culture</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>FMCG Hotel sales: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
