Location: DUBAISalary: 3,000 to 4,000Role SummaryThe Customer Service Executive / Host is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing front of house operations, and supporting the restaurant&rsquo;s administrative and basic accounting tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle operational and clerical responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.</li><li>Greet guests warmly and manage seating, reservations, and waiting lists.</li><li>Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere at all times.</li><li>Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Manage the reception desk and guest entry experience.</li><li>Maintain reservation logs, guest records, and daily seating plans.</li><li>Communicate guest preferences or special occasions to the service team.</li><li>Ensure proper queue management during peak hours.</li><li>Support in organizing events, group bookings, and VIP guests.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily operational reports (sales, attendance, reservations).</li><li>Prepare and update staff schedules in coordination with the manager.</li><li>Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping for restaurant operations.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for basic administrative follow ups.</li><li>Assist in inventory tracking and stock updates when required.</li><li>Support HR tasks such as onboarding documents, staff communication, and notice circulation.</li></ul>Accounting Assistance<ul><li>Support daily cash reconciliation and POS closing reports.</li><li>Assist in verifying invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.</li><li>Maintain petty cash records and expense logs.</li><li>Coordinate with the accountant for monthly statements and audit requirements.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in billings, discounts, and payment methods.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting or administrative procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
