We deliver high-quality luminaires, bespoke lighting designs, and technical support to contractors, consultants, and developers across Dubai and the region.Role overview We are seeking an experienced Lighting Sales Specialist with proven experience in the electrical and lighting industry. The ideal candidate will drive B2B sales, develop relationships with consultants, contractors and distributors, and support technical specification and project delivery.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business and manage existing accounts within Dubai and surrounding areas.</li><li>Qualify leads, prepare proposals, and close sales for luminaires, lighting controls, and accessories.</li><li>Work with lighting designers, electrical consultants and contractors to specify products and ensure correct application.</li><li>Provide technical product knowledge, prepare take-offs, quotations, and submittals.</li><li>Coordinate with operations, logistics and project teams to ensure timely delivery and support installation.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintain CRM records and sales reports.</li><li>Represent Aura Luminaire at client meetings, site visits and industry events.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years sales experience in the electrical and lighting industry (lighting manufacturers, distributors, or MEP contractors).</li><li>Strong technical understanding of lighting products (LED fixtures, controls, drivers, IP ratings, photometrics).</li><li>Proven track record of B2B sales success and project-based selling.</li><li>Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors in Dubai/UAE preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to read basic electrical drawings and lighting specifications.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license.</li><li>Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Business or related field preferred.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary plus commission.</li><li>High sales incentives and performance bonuses.</li><li>Medical insurance and statutory benefits.</li><li>Training and product certification opportunities.</li><li>Opportunity to work with leading international lighting brands and high-profile projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer Company: Furnispace Interior Decoration LLC Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, DubaiAbout Us: Furnispace delivers high-end interior and joinery solutions for luxury residential and commercial projects with a focus on quality, precision and timely delivery.Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to manage on-site execution, coordinate trades, ensure technical compliance and deliver finishes to the highest standard across luxury fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day site activities and supervise subcontractors for fit-out works.</li><li>Interpret architectural and shop drawings; produce and review site/installation drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Ensure quality control, compliance with specifications and finishes inspection.</li><li>Monitor progress, maintain site records, daily reports and material submittals.</li><li>Implement HSE procedures and ensure safe working practices on site.</li><li>Assist in commissioning, handover and rectification of defects.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Fit-Out, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in fit-out/joinery projects, preferably high-end residential or commercial.</li><li>Strong knowledge of finish materials, joinery installation, MEP coordination and site practices.</li><li>Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office; familiarity with project management tools desirable.</li><li>Excellent site supervision, communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors and maintain high-quality standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
