Job Title: Interior Designer &amp; 3D Visualizer Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Employment Type: Full-timeAbout Us We are a fast-paced design studio committed to delivering creative, functional interiors and photoreal visualizations for residential and commercial projects. We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Interior Designer &amp; 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team and help elevate our design presentation and documentation standards.Role Overview The Interior Designer &amp; 3D Visualizer will collaborate with the design team to develop interior concepts, produce high-quality photoreal 3D renders, and prepare accurate 2D working drawings. The ideal candidate is technically strong, design-minded, and experienced in lighting and material work within rendering engines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with designers to develop creative, functional interior concepts.</li><li>Produce photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations with strong attention to lighting, materials, and composition.</li><li>Create detailed 2D working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD for construction and documentation.</li><li>Present design concepts and visualizations to clients; attend client meetings as required.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure visuals and drawings meet project requirements and deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices; integrate innovative techniques where appropriate.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in interior design and 3D visualization.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in 3Ds Max and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.</li><li>Strong knowledge of lighting setup, materials, and rendering workflows to achieve realistic results.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD for producing detailed working drawings.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating photoreal renders, visualizations, and 2D working drawings.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>How to Apply If you are a passionate and skilled Interior Designer &amp; 3D Visualizer, please submit:<ul><li>Resume/CV</li><li>Portfolio (link or PDF) showcasing 3D renders and AutoCAD working drawings</li></ul>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Note: Please ensure your portfolio highlights realistic lighting, material work, and AutoCAD documentation.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
