We are looking for an exceptionally talented, passionate, and detail-oriented Luxury Interior Designer / Architect who has a refined design aesthetic, excellent client management skills, and the ability to independently lead projects from concept to completion. This role requires someone who is highly creative, technically knowledgeable, and capable of delivering outstanding luxury interiors while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities: Interior Design & Concept Development

• Lead luxury residential and commercial interior design projects from initial concept through final execution.
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts that reflect each client's lifestyle, personality, and functional requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive design presentations including:
• Mood Boards
• Material Boards
• Color Palettes
• Furniture Layouts
• Space Planning
• Design Concepts
• Select luxury finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, artwork, and decorative elements that align with the project vision.
• Ensure every design balances aesthetics, functionality, comfort, and practicality.
• Stay updated with the latest international interior design trends, luxury materials, furniture collections, and innovative design solutions.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct professional client meetings to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
• Present concepts confidently and professionally while providing expert design recommendations.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional communication, transparency, and customer service.
• Manage client expectations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate closely with:
• 3D Visualization Team
• Technical Drawing Team
• Production Department
• Joinery Team
• Procurement Team
• Suppliers
• Site Engineers
• Project Managers
• Review drawings and ensure they accurately reflect the approved design intent.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure custom furniture and joinery are manufactured according to design specifications.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained.

Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project execution and installation quality.
• Resolve design-related issues that arise during construction and fit-out.
• Ensure all finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements are installed according to approved designs.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Design Documentation

• Prepare and review:
• Space Planning
• Furniture Layouts
• Material Specifications
• BOQs
• Design Documentation
• Work with AutoCAD and other design software to produce accurate drawings and presentations.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and maintained throughout the project.

Leadership & Time Management

• Independently manage multiple luxury projects simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks effectively while meeting strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven luxury design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in luxury residential and commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end interior design projects.
• Excellent understanding of luxury furniture, joinery, lighting, materials, and space planning.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other visualization software (preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of material selection, furniture specifications, and custom joinery.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
