Interior Designer - Sales (Luxury Villa Fit - Out)

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer who also has strong sales capability, specifically within the luxury villa renovation and interior fit-out sector. This hybrid role requires someone who can understand design requirements, create concepts, and confidently convert client inquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand their design vision, and translate requirements into creative concepts.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations tailored for luxury villa projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and provide design-driven recommendations.
• Present design proposals and confidently handle client discussions, objections, and negotiations.
• Work closely with the sales team to prepare quotations, BOQs, and project proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, consultants, architects, and premium suppliers.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to project confirmation.
• Stay updated on luxury interior trends, materials, and finishes relevant to the UAE market.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, or luxury residential projects.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing villa or high-end residential work.
• Ability to create mood boards, sketches, and conceptual layouts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and luxury interior brands.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
