Senior Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer – Interior Fit-OutJob Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer – Interior Fit-Out to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful execution of fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design presentations.
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and material specifications.
Produce 2D and 3D designs using relevant design software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
Prepare material submittals and design documentation.
Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, authority regulations, and company standards.
Support project execution from design development through project completion.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
Good communication and client coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
UAE experience preferred.
