Job Title: Interior Designer &ndash; Fit-OutJob Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer &ndash; Fit-Out to handle design, planning, and execution of interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring project completion as per client requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings (2D &amp; 3D), layouts, and BOQs.</li><li>Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.</li><li>Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.</li><li>Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.</li><li>Prepare mood boards and presentations for client approval.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.</li><li>Handle revisions and modifications as required.</li><li>Follow UAE authority regulations and fit-out standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.</li><li>5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects .</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max/SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.</li><li>Knowledge of materials, joinery details, and site execution.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
