An award-winning design consultancy in Dubai is looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join its creative team. This role is heavily focused on concept design and client engagement, offering the opportunity to shape innovative workplace environments for leading organisations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and concept development for workplace interior projects.
• Produce compelling presentations, mood boards, and design narratives that communicate a clear vision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting concepts and leading design discussions with confidence.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants throughout the design process.
• Develop space planning strategies and design solutions that balance creativity with functionality.
• Guide projects from initial brief through design development while ensuring the highest design standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of workplace or commercial office projects.
• Proven experience in concept design and client-facing responsibilities within the UAE market.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design software.
• A strong eye for detail, materials, and spatial planning, with the ability to translate client briefs into inspiring design concepts.
