Location: In-Kingdom Department: Operations Department Reports To: Head of Projects / Operations Manager Job Summary: Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of the project within area of assigned responsibility. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.</li> <li>Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.</li> <li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.</li> <li>Monitor project progress and report to senior management.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.</li> <li>Address risks and implement corrective actions.</li> </ul> Qualifications & Skills <ul> <li>College or university graduate preferably in Engineering or related field, professionally licensed and with studies leading to higher level of education.</li> <li>At least 8 10 years of post qualification work experience in project management in oil & gas.</li> <li>Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>PMP or equivalent certification.</li> <li>Experience with EPC projects in GCC region.</li> </ul> Other Requirements <ul> <li>Must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
