We are seeking a skilled AC Technicians and Helpers to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with HVAC systems and a strong understanding of troubleshooting and repairs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components.</li><li>Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units.</li><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.</li><li>Repair and replace defective components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats.</li><li>Handle refrigerant refilling and leak testing as per safety standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician.</li><li>Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical wiring and safety procedures.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in various environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
