 Location: Mohandessin &ndash; Cairo, Egypt
 
 
 Working Hours: Rotational shifts &ndash; 8 hours/day
 
 
 Days Off: 2 Rotational days per week
 
 
 
 
 
 What we're looking for:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in flight reservations or travel call center
 </li>
 <li>
 Amadeus GDS proficiency is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with hotel booking systems is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and in a rotating shift schedule
 </li>
 </ul>
