Travel Consultant- Call center

Reserval is hiring: Travel Consultant- Flight Reservations

Location: Mohandessin – Cairo, Egypt

Working Hours: Rotational shifts – 8 hours/day

Days Off: 2 Rotational days per week

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in flight reservations or travel call center
• Amadeus GDS proficiency is a must
• Experience with hotel booking systems is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and in a rotating shift schedule
