 Job Summary:
 
 
 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Documents Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and transportation and will be responsible for managing all project documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 - Develop and implement document control procedures for the company's construction and transportation projects
 </li>
 <li>
 - Ensure all project documents are accurately and securely stored, maintained, and distributed to relevant parties
 </li>
 <li>
 - Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of project documents
 </li>
 <li>
 - Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all project documents
 </li>
 <li>
 - Monitor and track project documents to ensure they are up to date and in compliance with project requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 - Prepare and maintain project document registers and logs
 </li>
 <li>
 - Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 - Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients and subcontractors, to ensure timely exchange of project documents
 </li>
 <li>
 - Ensure all project documents are properly archived and stored for future reference
 </li>
 <li>
 - Collaborate with other departments to improve document control processes and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 - Prepare and submit document control reports to management as required

 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction and transportation industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent speak and write Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 - Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 - Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 - Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the construction and transportation industry
 </li>
 <li>
 - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 
 </li>
