Key Responsibilities1. Sales &amp; Channel Development<ul><li>Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for distribution channel.</li><li>Expand and maintain an active dealer network across major and emerging towns in Oman.</li><li>Identify and onboard new dealers, sub-dealers, and counter-level influencers.</li><li>Monitor dealer-wise product mix, pricing, margins, and rebates.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to review display, pricing, stock, and competitor activity.</li><li>Ensure effective availability and visibility of Hayashi and Omex in top retail counters.</li></ul>2. Team Leadership &amp; Territory Management<ul><li>Lead, coach, and supervise Area Sales Executives / Sales Representatives across all regions.</li><li>Assign territories, track daily call plans, route plans, productivity, and sales KPIs.</li><li>Conduct weekly performance reviews and skill development of sales team.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and result-orientation.</li></ul>3. Collections &amp; Credit Control<ul><li>Ensure timely collections and reduction of overdue receivables as per company policy.</li><li>Review dealer credit limits periodically in alignment with Finance.</li><li>Resolve disputes, deductions, or return issues professionally and quickly.</li></ul>4. Brand &amp; Market Development (Pull Creation)<ul><li>Implement demand-generation activities such as:</li><li>Electrician loyalty programs</li><li>In-store branding &amp; displays</li><li>Product demos &amp; training sessions</li><li>Counter-level promotions and schemes</li><li>Coordinate with Marketing team for brand promotions, catalogues, social media presence, and exhibitions.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across market touchpoints.</li></ul>5. Data Reporting &amp; Business Planning<ul><li>Prepare and present monthly business dashboards: Sales vs Targets, Area Performance, Key Wins/Losses.</li><li>Forecast stocks with Supply Chain team to avoid shortages or overstock.</li><li>Analyze competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends.</li><li>Provide feedback to Product Development team for improving product specs, new models &amp; packaging.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
