Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accountant &amp; PRO to manage financial operations while also handling public relations, supplier coordination, and day-to-day operational troubleshooting for our coffee shop. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance accounting responsibilities with operational support to ensure smooth business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, and cash flow.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Monitor inventory costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit margins.</li><li>Handle payroll processing and employee expense tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.</li></ul>PRO (Public Relations Officer) Duties<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact with government authorities and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Handle licensing, permits, renewals, and official documentation.</li><li>Ensure the business complies with all legal and municipal requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with external stakeholders when needed.</li></ul>Supplier &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and quality.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely ordering of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.</li><li>Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure favorable terms.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Oversee daily operational issues and provide quick solutions.</li><li>Support staff with administrative and operational challenges.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements.</li><li>Assist management in decision-making with financial insights.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in accounting, preferably in F&amp;B, retail, or hospitality.</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of local regulations and PRO-related processes.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in coffee shop or restaurant operations.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory and cost control in F&amp;B.</li><li>Bilingual skills (e.g., English &amp; Arabic) are a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>High level of integrity and accountability</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package (2500-3500)</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
