Undergo the required technical training to learn, understand, and execute the job related responsibilities.</div><div><br>

 Responsibilities:<br>

&#61607; Operational:<br>
1. Undergo the training program set by MNSS and TMC Training Institutions and successfully pass the periodic examinations.<br>
2. Learn and understand MNSS standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions during the training period<br>
3. Check always with the instructors for confirmation and clear understanding of any vague or difficult areas that might arise during the training.<br>
4. Receive allocated work, examines, assess and plan service and repair work under guidance of Supervisor, Workshop and performs difficult repair work on a variety of vehicle mechanical parts (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)<br>
5. Plan necessary work, referring to manufacturer's manuals for complex and other work and determine new parts or machining operations and initiates through Supervisor, Workshop<br>
6. Reassemble parts making precision measurements and check for correct functioning using hand tools, gauges, inspection and measuring equipment (portable and stationary), check lists and other process aids.<br>
7. Use all safety and health materials &amp; tools.<br>

1. Respond to inbound calls and emails related to service appointments ensuring adherence to quality standards for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.<br>
2. Receive customer inquiries on vehicle damage and misuse, review them ensuring accurate assessment, timely communication, documentation, and appropriate charges to maintain satisfaction and minimize revenue loss.<br>
3. Coordinate with RAC internal Depts for vehicle status to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.<br>
4. Address customer complaints received through VOC, resolve them, and escalate any unresolved issues to RAC Management.<br>
5. Contribute to the After Sales operations to address customer concerns effectively.<br>
6. Deliver accurate and complete information based on knowledgebase and verifiable sources.<br>
7. Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and enhance service quality.<br>
8. Promote a customer-centric approach by ensuring a positive and friendly communication style.<br>
9. Support in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures to improve service delivery.</div><div><br>

Provide support to customers regarding vehicle service and repair requirements, maintaining a professional standard.</div><div><br>

 Responsibilities:<br>

&#61607; Operational:<br>
1. Serve as the initial contact for customers, receive vehicles for service, open job cards, and handle inquiries and complaints.<br>
2. Receive and greet customers politely, address customer concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues or service requests.<br>
3. Open repair orders and communicate customer needs to the workshop team clearly.<br>
4. Inspect the vehicles received from customers and register the damages, dents, issues etc on the check list and provide them with the estimated time for the service required.<br>
5. Coordinate with workshop team and technicians to track vehicle repair status and update customers regularly.<br>
6. Prepare service estimates and assist in explaining costs and timelines to customers.<br>
7. Inform customers when periodic maintenance is due and provide details about its benefits and requirements to meet company standards.<br>
8. Provide customers with full-service details and follow up to confirm satisfaction.<br>
9. Enter the required data to receive and close the job card and record vehicle movements between locations.<br>
10. Issue Gate Passes and ensure correct distribution to facilitate the timely delivery of a customer's outgoing vehicle.<br>
11. Ensure serviced vehicles are clean by coordinating with drivers and car washers.<br>
12. Maintain a clean and well-organized service reception area.</div>
