Job Summary/Purpose:<br>
Supervise daily operations of Heavy Equipment repair to ensure the vehicles are delivered on time and error free for high Customer Service Index.<br>
 Responsibilities:<br>

1. Supervise the daily operations of Heavy Equipment repairs, technicians availability, tools, equipment in order to deliver the vehicles with promised deadlines, with minimum cost and ensure safety policy is implemented.<br>
2. Assign jobs to the technicians by signing job cards and monitor work for time, quality and efficiency through SAP/E-systems.<br>
3. Schedule field service as per customer request, recall or service contract, arrange parts, prepare estimation, monitor job upon completion for quality control and visit customer for feedback.<br>
4. Estimate demand for parts and follow up with Parts division for procurement.<br>
5. Estimate demand for equipment and manpower and submit direct manager for availability.<br>
6. Sublet jobs which the workshop is not equipped to perform, conduct tools inventory on quarterly basis and submit report to direct manager.<br>
7. Monitor repairs of parts under warranty as per set procedures, ensure tagging and stocking of warranty parts and prepare appropriate warranty reports for further action.<br>
8. Ensure periodical maintenance of workshop equipment/tools.<br>
9. Monitor service work in progress and update reception desk on date of completion of work to maintain delivery schedule.<br>
10. Prepare and submit technical report for Manufacturers upon approval of direct manager.<br>
11. Provide technical training as per manufacturer's standards to the technicians.<br>
12. Develop customer database, contact customers periodically for promotions, packager to assist business development.<br>
13. Ensure excellent quality control at every stage of the repairs operation, spot checks on vehicles awaiting collection on daily basis and ensure prompt and correct processing of workshop documentation.<br>
&#61607; People Management:<br>
1. Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.<br>
2. Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.<br>
3. Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.<br>
4. Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.<br>
5. Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.<br>

<ul><li>Assist Senior Manager, Motor Oil and Paint in preparing Quarterly Sales Promotion schemes based on achieved monthly sales targets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and propose monthly item-wise orders and monitor inventory according to the market requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Organize Product Performance trials on regular basis with an objective to position specific products in Commercial, Fleet and Industrial segment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plan and provide On the Job and theoretical training to assigned field staff of Oil division and develop them as Techno-commercial competent team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Submit and follow up on quotations, monitor payment collections, prepare production orders to ensure adequate availability to meet garage and market requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop industrial lubricant and Oil business with special focus on specialties.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide assistance to Senior Manager, Motor Oil and Paint with planning business expansion.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Initiate action plans to protect and improve image of products of MNSS and franchises (Cofran and Abaar Oil).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Submit various Activity Reports to Senior Manager, Motor Oil and Paint on daily/weekly/fortnightly basis on general market situation, problems faced and solutions provided and other relevant information.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Interact with other Tire and Paint divisions of the Group for promoting growth of Oil division.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.</li></ul>
Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.<br>
