<div><div><div><b>Job Summary/Purpose:</b><br>
Monitor, maintain and upgrade the security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks in order to provide effective customer service and compliance to ASG IT Group policies.<br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
1. Design and implement the security measures based on business needs and industry best practices.<br>
2. Monitor the networks for potential threats using security tools such as firewalls and antivirus software.<br>
3. Install and troubleshoot the new security systems such as firewalls or anti-virus software.<br>
4. Create the firewall security policies, procedures and plan to safeguard data and systems from cyber-attacks.<br>
5. Perform risk assessments to identify potential security threats in ASG computing environment.<br>
6. Provide recommendations on new security measures to strengthen existing security systems.<br>
7. Analyze the impact of emerging technologies on existing security systems and identifying the potential risks.<br>
8. Conduct the security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities in computer networks and applications.<br>
9. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of cyber-attacks to determine the source of the attack and how to prevent similar attacks in the future.<br>
10. Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.<br>
11. Install all network hardware and software and make the necessary upgrade and repairs.<br>
12. Maintain network and computer system security and ensure all systems are operating correctly.<br>
13. Regular confers with database programmers, analysts, other systems administrators, and users regarding current and prospective system changes and future needs.<br>
14. Provide support to site-managed technical staff regarding system administration and usage.<br>
15. Direct efforts of technicians who are involved in diagnosing and correcting system related failures and performing system management activities; determines logical solutions to complex system administration and application problems.<br>
16. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.<br>
17. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.<br>
<br>
 Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.<br>
 Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.<br>
 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.<br>
 Perform other duties as requested by management.</div><br>

6. Participate in delivering awareness sessions to employees under the supervision of the line manager.<br>
7. Maintain the E-learning system by continuous checking of system related issues, latest updates of the catalogue and coordinate accordingly with the supplier.<br>
8. Update BIB training database and maintain BIB on Success Factors.<br>
9. Maintain the Techno Functional and Behavioral Competency dictionaries.<br>
10. Prepare talent management related reports: BIB report, PDP report , monthly talent management report etc.<br>
11. Publish materials on the BIB channel according to Talent Manager instructions.<br>
12. Counsel employees on the best optimization of the development programs; Answer employee queries.<br>
13. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to support all functions: Recruitment, HRBPs, Business/Department Heads , etc.<br>
14. Provide recommendations to improve processes.<br>

 Operational:<br>
1. Operate commercial vehicles such as Half Lorry, Fork Lift, Truck, Staff Bus, Tanker etc... to transport passengers, goods and the company guests.<br>
2. Plan the shortest route using technology in order to ensure that the passengers and goods are transported quickly and safely.<br>
3. Ensure delivery of goods and passengers on time.<br>
4. Periodic check the maintenance and service of assigned vehicles.<br>
5. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and goods in transit.<br>
6. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested by the Store Keeper.<br>
7. Regularly check the oil, tires, and batteries of all the vehicles and perform minor maintenance tasks of assigned vehicle.<br>
8. Adhere to all the traffic laws and regulations of the Ministry of Interior of State of Kuwait.<br>
9. Maintain driving the assigned vehicle(s) for job-related functions and tasks only.<br>
10. Timely notify the branch admin regarding Vehicle registration renewal and act accordingly to renew it on time.<br>
11. Coordinate with customers and workshop staff for door-to-door service.<br>
12. Answer customer calls/enquiries pertaining to vehicle service/garage timings as and when needed.<br>
