Sell new or used vehicles, such as cars, vans and trucks, on premise of vehicle sales, in order to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction index.</div>

1. Adhere to the Toyota sales process 100% with every prospect or customer.<br>
2. Achieve assigned sales target and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of vehicle models and types.<br>
3. Receive customers on sales floor and determine type, quality, specifications of vehicle desired and demonstrate operation of vehicles by conducting road test; convert prospects to buyers.<br>
4. Cross sell optional equipment and accessories to customers.<br>
5. Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and requirements for financing payments on credit.<br>
6. Prepare quotations and sales contract and secure required documents from customers, such as driving license, civil ID, etc.<br>
7. Co-ordinate for delivery and registration of vehicle.<br>
8. Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.<br>
9. Follow-up on sales lead, using list of prospective customers, referrals, database, business directories, etc.<br>
10. Ensure efficient vehicle reservation management in order to maintain consistent business flow.<br>
11. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.<br>
12. Maintain prospective customer's database and develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts and attend to and resolve customer complaints.<br>
13. Document and report customers feedback to management, prepare and submit sales reports.<br>
14. Ensure customer contract is signed and approved by the customer (Including but not limited to Specifications list).<br>
15. Ensure continuous follow-up with customers on new products in order to meet customer satisfaction.</div></div></div>

1. Identify and prospect potential new clients for RAC rental and leasing solutions.<br>
2. Generate leads via networking, media, client visits, industry ads, events, digital platforms, directories, contacts, databases, and referrals, then compile them for sales use.<br>
3. Collaborate with the Leasing Sales Team to efficiently manage and respond to new inquiries or clients seeking to place orders.<br>
4. Conduct daily visits with new and prospective clients to present and promote RAC rental and leasing programs. Effectively communicate the benefits of car rental and leasing, including reduced capital expenditures and enhanced resale value, to generate interest and engagement.<br>
5. Recommend vehicle types and numbers to customers and calculate rental and leasing charges based on factors such as contract duration and expected mileage.<br>
6. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions in accordance with RAC profitability ratios to successfully close agreements.<br>
7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations (in accordance with RAC rates) and rental/leasing agreements.<br>
8. Coordinate with internal RAC Departments regarding vehicle availability and liaise with customers to arrange vehicles deliveries.<br>
9. Verify customers if blacklisted before processing a sales request. Assess their financial status, collect necessary documents, and submit a credit request for approval from the credit and legal departments.<br>
10. Contact customers for payment delays as per Finance Department request.<br>
11. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs and prepare daily/monthly reports to submit to Line Manager.<br>
12. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and attend to and resolve customer queries/complaints.</div>

2. Inspect vehicle for defects before delivery and after collection from customers, submit the report indicating vehicle condition and arrange for regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning.<br>
3. Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles by careful and safe observation of driving methods and regulations.<br>
4. Ensure that vehicles are delivered / collected with proper documents and Kilometers are correctly recorded in the delivery note/movement register.<br>
5. Ensure customer personnel belongings are transferred from the car while accepting the vehicle for service or returning replacement vehicle.<br>
6. Communicate with the Supervisor and inform if the scheduled appointment is delayed or beyond the agreed delivery/ collection time.<br>
7. Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle before delivery.<br>
8. Inspect the vehicle tire, tools, jack, external body and other accessories before delivery and during the collection.<br>
9. Explain the customer about features and condition of the vehicle and prepare delivery note and get signed from customer during delivery and collection.<br>
