We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end to end supply chain operations- from procurement and inventory management to logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize processes while ensuring cost efficiency and high service quality. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership.</li> <li>Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules.</li> <li>Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries.</li> <li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Manage procurement, logistics, and warehousing operations to ensure seamless product flow.</li> <li>Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.</li> <li>Lead cost optimization initiatives across logistics, transportation, and sourcing.</li> <li>Coordinate with sales, finance, and production teams to align supply with market demand.</li> <li>Monitor and report on key KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards.</li> <li>Manage and develop a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement-ideally within the medical industry.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.</li> </ul> Seniority level Mid Senior level Employment type Full time Job function Supply Chain Industries: Hospitals and Health Care
