We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the clinic. A valid UAE driving license is required for occasional on-site technical support and coordination with external vendors &amp; clinic purpose, Candidates on their own visa are preferred.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.</li><li>Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.</li><li>Manage printers, scanners, telecommunication systems, and medical software applications.</li><li>Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus protection are up to date.</li><li>Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff for all technical issues.</li><li>Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Maintain inventory of IT assets, equipment, and accessories.</li><li>Ensure all systems comply with health information security and confidentiality standards.</li><li>Assist in setting up new workstations, email accounts, and access permissions.</li><li>Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.</li><li>Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal network and device performance.</li><li>Travel between clinic sites or external locations when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with medical software systems (HIS, EMR, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Own visa preferred.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have UAE Driving License?</li><li>Do you have your own Visa?</li></ul>
