Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in accounting systems.</li><li>Prepare journal entries, ledgers, balance sheets, and profit &amp; loss statements.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances regularly.</li><li>Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and expense reports.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Assist in VAT calculations, tax filings, and statutory submissions.</li><li>Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.</li><li>Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals for accuracy.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.</li><li>Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve accounting issues promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.</li><li>Assist management in improving accounting procedures and internal controls.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Health insurance.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Training support (accounting software, VAT updates, etc.).</li><li>Performance-based bonuses / incentives.</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
