Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in accounting systems.
  • Prepare journal entries, ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances regularly.
  • Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and expense reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in VAT calculations, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
  • Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals for accuracy.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
  • Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve accounting issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Assist management in improving accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
