We are expanding our in-store presence and looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure our products are always well-displayed and available in hypermarkets, co-ops, and pet stores.Job Summary:As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, availability, and organization of Happy Puss products in assigned stores. Your role is essential in ensuring strong brand visibility and a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Merchandising Tasks:<ul><li>Ensure products are properly and attractively displayed on shelves.</li><li>Refill shelves and maintain continuous product availability.</li><li>Set up and update promotional displays and POS materials.</li><li>Rotate products regularly to avoid expiry issues.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the team.</li><li>Take clear photos of shelves and displays and submit daily/weekly reports.</li><li>Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized display areas.</li><li>Coordinate with store managers and staff to ensure optimal brand presentation.</li><li>Check and ensure pricing labels are accurate and visible.</li><li>Report any competitor activities or market insights to the team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in merchandising (FMCG or pet products preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail with a proactive attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently across multiple store locations.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel between branches.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>General understanding of pet products and retail environment is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment</li></ul>How to Apply:Email: info@happypusspets.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED2,000.00 per month
