We are expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive and committed Outdoor Sales Representative who can also handle in-store merchandising to enhance brand visibility.Job SummaryYou will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to hypermarkets, breeders, and pet stores, as well as ensuring that products are well displayed in stores to boost visibility and increase sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Tasks:<ul><li>Search for new clients and develop relationships with them</li><li>Build strong connections with hypermarkets, breeders, and pet shops</li><li>Promote and sell a wide range of products, including:</li><li>Cat litter</li><li>Accessories</li><li>Pet food</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations</li><li>Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets</li><li>Document all sales activities and update client reports</li><li>Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities</li></ul>Merchandising Tasks:<ul><li>Ensure products are properly and attractively displayed in stores</li><li>Maintain product availability on shelves and update promotional displays</li><li>Rotate products regularly to avoid expiration</li><li>Take photos of displayed products and send reports to the team</li><li>Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure best brand representation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2 to 3 years of experience in outdoor sales or merchandising (preferably in the pet products field)</li><li>Proficiency in both English and Arabic</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Proactive personality and goal-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the country</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>General knowledge of pet products and market trends</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Fixed salary between AED 2,500 and AED 3,000</li><li>Sales commission</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment</li></ul>How to ApplyEmail: info@happypusspets.comJoin our team and help improve the lives of pets while building a successful career in a growing industry!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED2,500.00 per month
