We are a company specialized in pet supplies trading in the United Arab Emirates, and we are looking for a female Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and organize files
- Prepare invoices using Zoho system
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with different departments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Prepare reports and organize data
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Zoho is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team
- Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE is preferred
- Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
