Administrative Assistant (Female)

We are a company specialized in pet supplies trading in the United Arab Emirates, and we are looking for a female Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and organize files
  • Prepare invoices using Zoho system
  • Follow up on orders and coordinate with different departments
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support
  • Prepare reports and organize data

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Zoho is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE is preferred
  • Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
